I’m Thamilini and I'm a cinematographer and director based in Toronto, but I’ll follow a good story anywhere. I love capturing things that feel honest — moments, people, brands, ideas — and turning them into something you can truly feel when you watch it back.

My approach is rooted in documentary-style filmmaking: natural, intimate, and driven by real emotion. I’ve always believed that everyone has a story worth sharing, and there’s something special about telling those stories in a way that feels true to the person or purpose behind them.

Whether I’m working on a branded project, a personal film, or behind the scenes, my focus is on creating visuals that are thoughtful and intentional. I’m drawn to the small details and genuine moments that often go unnoticed but bring depth and meaning to the story.
